We offer four easy ways to order:
- Place an Order Online Using the Shopping
Cart
We accept online orders 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. During the order process, you will
be asked to register and create you own personal password. Registering is an
optional feature of our site that allows you to store your shipping &
billing address so you won't have to enter this information every time you place
an order. With registration, you also have the ability to save your shopping
carts. If you want to access your saved shopping cart simply click on the cart
button or customer log in. Just follow the step by step
instruction provided when placing an order.
If you already know the
items you want, use the All of the Plants web page. List the quantity of
each item(s) selected and click on Add Selected Items To Cart. Click here
for All of the Plants and proceed.
To find
the items you want to order or to just browse, you can use any one of our menu
selections or search functions. When you find what you would like to order,
click on the Add to Cart button. Once you have placed an item in your Cart, you
can change the quantity desired, Continue Shopping or Checkout. You can access
your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on Cart at the top of any page on our
web site.
To change the quantity of any item in your Shopping cart,
place the new quantity in the box to the right of the item description and click
the Update Cart button below the order total. To delete an item from your
Shopping Cart, click on the Remove button to the far right of the item you want
to delete or change the Quantity amount. To continue shopping, click on the
Continue Shopping button. When you have all of the items you want to order in
your Shopping Cart, click on the Checkout button.
If you plan to pick up your plants at
our Nursery, when checking out, select Customer Pick-up as the shipping method.

Once you have verified your order
information and completed your payment information, you will confirm your order
prior to completing the process. You will receive an
e-mail confirmation that your order was placed.
If you want to use the cart, but
telephone your credit card information, indicate you will send a check during
the checkout process. Please refer to your order number when calling in
your credit card information.
Completing Your Order on-line is the quickest way to
reserve your plants in our computer system.
If you have previously
registered on our site, click customer
account page. If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgotten Password.
Customer
information is used for internal purposes only, and is not shared or
sold. Our service providers are dedicated to
ensuring that all online transactions are secure by incorporating strong
cryptography, secure socket layers (SSL) and best of breed information handling
to safeguard your information, which means - information you enter is
transmitted across the internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded
when it gets to us.

be delayed until payment confirmed.

Payments will be processed upon
receipt to reserve your plants until ship date. Orders are reserved and
filled on a first-paid, first-serve basis.
We guarantee our plants will
arrive healthy and in good condition. We cannot guarantee our plants will make
you better gardeners, but your satisfaction with our plants is important to us.
Substitutions
Orders placed on line should not have a
problem with substitutions. However, if an item you order is unavailable or does
not meet our quality standards, we will contact you prior to sending a
substitution. If you fax or mail your order, please include an email address and
telephone number.
